TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Entrants must be resident in UK and over 18 at time of entry.
2. The draw is not open to members or employees or their immediate family of River Island, Cobella, Mahiki, Flight Centre, Aqua London, its subsidiaries, associated companies, agents or anyone connected with the draw.
3. No purchase necessary.
4. There are 5 prizes consisting of;
FIRST PRIZE; 1 x Luxury pampering trip to London for 1 winner and a friend
a) The prize consists of a 2-night stay in London and GFW Gala tickets for 1 winner and their friend.
b) The prize package includes travel, accommodation, hair, beauty and make-up, GFW Gala tickets, a meal with drinks and club entry with drinks;
i) The 2-night hotel stay will be at the 4* London Copthorne Tara Hotel in the Kensington area.
ii) Travel for two to London will depend on the winner’s location; travel will be either by aeroplane or train depending on what’s more convenient.
iii) The hair and beauty for both the winner and their friend will take place at the Cobella Salon Selfridges, in Kensington. The hair will comprise of a colour, cut, blow-dry and style finish per person. The beauty will comprise of facial, manicure, St Tropez spray tan and day makeup per person.
iv) The winner will recieve £250 worth of River Island vouchers to spend in a shopping spree with one of our personal shoppers.
v) The winner will receive 2 x GFW Gala tickets for Wednesday 9th June.
vi) After the Gala show the winner and their friend will go for a meal at the Aqua Kyoto restaurant on Regent Street where they can spend up to £150 between them on food and drink; £75 per person.
vii) Following the restaurant the pair will go onto the club Mahiki in Mayfair where they will get free entry and a drink limit of £25 each.

SECOND PRIZE; 4 x Luxury trip to London for 1 winner and a friend
a) The prize consists of 4 x 2-night stay in London for 1 winner and 1 friend.
b) The prize package includes travel, accommodation, GFW Gala tickets, a
meal with drinks and club entry with drinks;
i) The 2 night hotel stay will be at the 4* London Copthorne Tara Hotel in the Kensington area.
ii) Travel to London will depend on the winner’s location; travel will be either by aeroplane or train depending on what’s more convenient.
iii) The winners will each recieve £100 worth of River Island vouchers.
iv) The winner will receive 2 x GFW Gala tickets for Wednesday 9th June for themselves and their friend.

5. Everything will be pre-booked by River Island and winners will be notified of their itinerary once they claim their prize.
6. No alternative cash prizes.
7. Only one entry per person permitted.
8. Closing date for entries is NOON Thursday 27th May 2010

10. Incomplete or unreadable entries will be disqualified. Responsibility cannot be accepted (and the Promoter shall not be liable) for lost or delayed entries.
11. Draw will take place by Friday 28th May 2010
12. The first prize winner of the all expenses paid luxury pampering trip to London plus 1 friend will be the first valid entry drawn at random from all the entries received by the closing date. The joint second prize winners of the all expenses paid luxury trip to London plus 1 friend will be the next four valid entries drawn at random from all entries received by the closing date.
13. Winners will be notified using the telephone number or email address provided on the winner’s entry.
14. Winners must claim prizes by noon Thursday 3rd June 2010. How to claim details will be provided with winner’s notification.
15. In the event a winner fails to claim a prize within the time limit or is otherwise disqualified from the draw, that prize will be withdrawn and the entry will be void.
16. Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prizes impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and entrants agree that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.
17. Winners may be required to take part in post-event publicity.
18. All entries become the property of the Promoter. By submitting an entry entrants acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
19. The Promoter shall have no responsibility for acts or defaults in relation to The Look Show, telecommunications and postal services, and products/services provided by third parties.
20. Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence or other communication will be entered into regarding the draw other than as specifically contemplated in these rules.
21. The name and county of the winners will be available until 1st August 2010 and can be obtained by sending a request and return SAE to the Marketing Dept at the Promoter’s address below.
