Ooh we’ve got a treat for you! River Island Secret Sessions is back and bigger than ever for 2010 and kicking off this year’s proceedings we have the oh so lovely and oh so talented singer/songwriter Eliza Doolittle!



We were lucky enough to catch a Secret Sessions preview of Eliza when she performed in the BFC Show Space at London Fashion Week earlier this week. Trust us, she was absolutely amazing and now we can’t wait for our second helping of perfect pop from Miss Doolittle.

Eliza’s Secret Session will take place on Thursday 25th March in a top secret central London location. That’s all we can tell you for now but if you fancy coming along to watch Eliza’s set, save the date and watch this space for more news on her pop up performance. FYI – it’s gonna be HUGE!

On Friday we hosted the second River Island Secret Sessions performance. Following on from Jason Derulo a few weeks back we were graced with the presence of the lovely Mpho...



Mpho performed an amazing acoustic set with guitarist Alex Reeve and percussionist Josh McKenzie to a crowd of 50 lucky ticket holders. Mpho sung her summer hit “Box N Locks”, her new single “See Me Now” and other tracks from her debut album “Pop Art” which will be released in February 2010. If you missed the Secret Session we hate to say it you you did miss out! However you can watch the video below to see Mpho’s full Secret Sessions set – we do look after you don’t we?!

After the success of Jason Derulo’s Secret Session and as Christmas is on the way we’ve got a festive treat for you: another River Island Secret Session! Soooo… we’re very pleased to announce that next up to perform is Mpho!
