90210 actress, Jessica Lowndes was spotted shopping at River Island in our flagship Oxford Street store over the weekend. The US actress/singer is over in the UK working on new music and made sure she visited River Island where she happily spent three hours shopping and taking pictures with fans. The 22 year-old star updated her summer wardrobe and splashed out on our footwear, dresses, jeans and tops.
