THE BLIND SIDE – FREE PRIZE DRAW

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. No purchase necessary – free prize draw.
2. Closing date for free prize draw is NOON TUESDAY 16th MARCH 2010.
3. Winners will be picked at random from all entries received by the closing date.
4. Winners will be notified within 3 days of closing date by either email or phone that they have won the tickets.
5. If the prize is not claimed within 4 days of notification, another prize winner will be drawn and the original prize winner forfeits the prize.
6. The prize fund consists of: 5 x Pairs of tickets at each of the 20 Odeon locations across the UK and Ireland; Belfast, Birmingham, Blanchardstown - Dublin, Brighton, Bristol, Cardiff, Edinburgh Wester Hallies, Exeter, Glasgow Quay, Greenwich, Kingston, Lee Valley – London, Leeds, Liverpool ONE, Lower Regent Street – London, Manchester, Milton Keynes, Norwich and Southampton.
7. The screenings will take place at 6.30pm at the 20 Odeon cinema locations on Monday 22nd March 2010.
8. There is no late admittance allowed. In the event of a dispute, the cinema manager's decision is final.
9. Strictly no recording in the theatre.
10. One entry per household.
11. There is no cash alternative.
12. The prize is non transferable and non refundable.
13. Offer open to residents of UK mainland only.
14. Promoter's decision is final and in the event of a dispute, no correspondence will be entered into.
15. Prize draw not open to employees of River Island Momentum Pictures or its agencies.
16. In the event a winner fails to claim a prize within the time limit or is otherwise disqualified from the draw, that prize will be withdrawn and the entry will be void.
17. Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prizes impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and entrants agree that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.
18. Winners may be required to take part in post-event publicity.
19. All entries become the property of the Promoter. By submitting an entry entrants acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
20. The Promoter shall have no responsibility for acts or defaults in relation to the Twilight: New Moon screening event, travel, accommodation, telecommunications and postal services, and products/services provided by third parties.
21. Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence or other communication will be entered into regarding the draw other than as specifically contemplated in these rules.
22. The name and county of the winners will be available until 31ST September 2010 and can be obtained by sending a request and return SAE to the Marketing Dept at the Promoter’s address below.
