RIVER ISLAND SECRET SESSIONS: MPHO TICKETS PRIZE DRAW

1. Entrants must be resident in UK and over 18 at time of entry.
2. The draw is not open to members or employees or their immediate family of River Island, its subsidiaries, associated companies, agents or anyone connected with the draw.
3. No purchase necessary.
4. There are 50 prizes comprising of 2 admission tickets to the River Island Secret Sessions MPHO gig held in London on Friday 11th December 2009.
5. No alternative cash prizes.
6. Only one entry per person permitted.
7. Closing date for entries is noon Wednesday 9th December

9. Incomplete or unreadable entries will be disqualified. Responsibility cannot be accepted (and the Promoter shall not be liable) for lost or delayed entries.
10. Draw will take place on Wednesday 9th December
11. The winners will be the first 50 valid entries drawn at random from entries received by the closing date.
12. Winners will be notified using the email address provided on the winner’s entry.
13. Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prizes impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and entrants agree that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.
14. Winners may be required to take part in post-event publicity.
15. All entries become the property of the Promoter. By submitting an entry entrants acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
16. The Promoter shall have no responsibility for acts or defaults in relation to MPHO, travel, telecommunications and postal services, and products/services provided by third parties.
17. Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence or other communication will be entered into regarding the draw other than as specifically contemplated in these rules.
18. The name and county of the winners will be available until 31st January 2010 and can be obtained by sending a request and return SAE to the Marketing Dept at the Promoter’s address below.
